I just wanted to share something with all of you. I usually don't send
emails like this, but this is one I felt was worth sending. We have all
been receiving emails about people who can measure our listings for
us and I have tried a few of these companies out and some were
pretty unprofessional. However, I found one that does a great job.
The first house that I gave him to measure was one that had a lot of
nooks and cranies and was very difficult. I watched what he did and
observed that he knew all of the regulations for the NCREC. I have
attached the home sketch that he sent me within hours of measuring
the house so that you will know what the end result looks like. Again, I
have tried other services and they don't compare to what he did. I
know that we as sellers agents are liable for the square footage that
we input into the MLS, but I, personally would trust him with any listing I
had and will employ him over and over again!!
